«Подготовить ферму к работе в полной технологической цепочке – от выращивания овец до получения молока и его отгрузки на переработку, мы планируем за три месяца. Уже ведутся ремонтные работы в помещениях, где будет содержаться поголовье, параллельно начинаем ремонтировать доильный блок, после чего приступим к монтажу оборудования. Вместе с этим мы готовим гостиничные номера уровня трех звезд для временного проживания сотрудников нового предприятия», – рассказал руководитель проекта Александр Коршунов.
Первую партию овец лакон привезут в Подмосковье в марте 2020 года. Новый комплекс будет рассчитан на 900 голов. Инвестиции в проект составят порядка 16 миллионов рублей.
В настоящее время «РОТА-АГРО» является владельцем самого большого в стране поголовья овец лакон – более 700 голов, из них дойного стада – около 400. Ежемесячные надои составляют до 10 тонн молока.
Овцы лакон считаются лучшей молочной породой. Продуктивность за период лактации составляет до 400 литров молока. На сыроварне «РОТА-АГРО» из овечьего молока производят сыры, которым нет аналогов на отечественном рынке – «Резерв», «Пикантин», «Монтарино» и первый и пока единственный в России сыр с голубой плесенью из молока овец лакон по оригинальному рецепту знаменитого рокфора – «Блю Лакон».
В планах компании – увеличивать объёмы производства за счёт запуска сырного завода на 5 тонн готовой продукции в сутки и цеха по производству сыра с голубой плесенью, мощностью до тонны в месяц.
